About Me

I am a cook. I started scrubbing pots and taking out trash professionally at age 14. By the time I was 15, I had been promoted to peeling potatoes and cleaning lettuce. Soon after I had a semi sharpened knife in one hand and thousands of pounds of onions in the other. I realized with my newly acquired skill set, Yale was out of the picture. I then made the decision to make a career in the kitchen.
